All QuickBooks products sold by Kee Technologies, Inc., including subscriptions, are sold with a 60 day money-back guarantee. Return the product within 60 days for any reason, and we will refund with no questions asked. The license code for most downloaded software will be cancelled making the product unusable -- you will not need to actually return anything. But shipped software usually requires a return authorization number and a physical return, so please request a refund before making any return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Contact us before returning any hardware to receive a return authorization. All hardware must be returned in new condition in the original packaging with all cables, connectors, instructions and manuals intact. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our warehouse.
